This amazing suit was made in the 1940s from a green and black wool with a houndstooth pattern

This wonderful dress was made in the 1940s from gabardine with an abstract leaf print in shades of magenta and black

The matching skirt is fully lined in burgundy rayon (we think this was added at a later point as it doesn’t match the jacket lining) and fastens with a metal side zipper and hook above

We will add some nice black buttons before posting (apologies my button stash is at home)

Fabulous Original 1940s Red Black And White Spotted Dress original This amazing suit was madeThis fabulous dress was made in the 1940s from white crepe with an abstract black and red spot pattern. The dress was cut in the classic hourglass silhouette of the period with padded shoulders and a nipped waist. The sharp collar leads to a single row of three gorgeous red centred fabric covered buttons which fasten the dress at the bust. Three lines of decorative contrast stitching adorn the collar, placket and turn up cuffs. Wonderful shirring
